The Influential Leadership Conference is an equipping and empowerment event of Midtown Church and Influential Global Ministries, located in Sacramento, California. Midtown Covenant Church is one of the fastest growing multiethnic and metropolitan congregations on the West Coast. Founding Pastor Bob Balian and Co-Lead Pastors Efrem Smith and Susie Gamez, along with their spouses Letty (Bob), Donecia (Efrem), and Marcos (Susie) have over 30 years of church planting as well as multiethnic, reconciliation, and metropolitan ministry experience.
